Frequently asked questions

How do I sign in?

Tap "Sign in with Apple" on the login screen. The app will use your Apple ID to create your account.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Storage) under our project. Only you can access your own data. See our [Privacy Policy] for details.

How do I share my training with a coach?

Open Settings (gear icon in the top-left of any tab) → generate an invite link for the pages you want to share → send the link to your coach. Your coach will open the link on their device to gain access.

How do I revoke a coach's access?

Open Settings → Sharing → tap the coach's name → remove.

How do I delete my account?

Send an email to [[email protected]] with the subject "Delete my account". Your account and all associated data will be deleted within 30 days.
